The key points of attention for adding lubricating oil to wood pellet machine are as follows:
1. Select the right lubricating oil according to regulations: Use the applicable lubricating oil specified by the manufacturer, select it reasonably according to the temperature difference of the environment where the machine is located, add corresponding additives when necessary, and select lubricants according to the actual situation to ensure good lubrication effect. Not all lubricating oils are suitable.
2. Correctly handle waste oil: Do not add waste oil directly. Waste oil needs to be dehydrated by oil-water separator and filtered to remove debris before reuse. It should be noted that not all lubricating oils are suitable for this machine.
3. Control the amount of oil filling: The machine has a specified oil filling capacity when it leaves the factory. Operators need to be familiar with the oil mark before filling oil to avoid over- or under-filling.
