The stability of the wood chipper feeding system is crucial to the overall operation of the pellet mill. Slippage of the wood chipper feed rollers will interrupt the raw material supply, directly disrupting the pellet mill's production rhythm and reducing its overall output efficiency. Roller wear, damp raw materials, improper pressure gaps, and the presence of hard impurities can all cause feed slippage. Repairing or replacing worn rollers, adjusting the feed pressure gap, pre-treating damp raw materials, and removing impurities are essential to ensure smooth material transport.
