A well-configured complete biomass pellet production line is critical for manufacturing stable, high-quality wood fuel pellets. The pellet mill acts as the core machine of the whole line. Every supporting machine cooperates orderly with the pellet mill to realize continuous pellet forming, screening and conveying.

The pellet mill compresses processed biomass into uniform high-density fuel pellets. Raw materials such as sawdust, wood shavings and crop straw are extruded inside the pellet mill die and rollers. Stable feeding ensures continuous pellet discharge, and the on-site test run of the pellet mill shows excellent running performance.

The electric control system monitors & adjusts for stable, efficient machine operation. Equipped with a dedicated soft starter control cabinet for the pellet mill, it displays real-time voltage, three-phase current and running time. The soft starter effectively reduces the large current impact when starting the pellet mill main motor and protects the pellet mill for long-hour continuous operation.

Rotary sieve screens pellets and removes fines to ensure uniform pellet size. Newly produced pellets contain fine powder and broken particles. The rotary sieve separates qualified pellets from fines. The screened fine materials can be recycled back to the pellet mill for re-pelleting, improving raw material utilization rate and guaranteeing consistent pellet quality.

After screening, qualified pellets are lifted by bucket elevator and delivered to the storage silo. Pellets are conveyed smoothly, continuous discharge ensures stable production. The conveying process avoids material blockage and supports non-stop operation of the full production line.
