Clean oil and dust regularly, do this every few days in harsh environments to ensure smooth running.
Check the transmission coupling for damage and replace it promptly to avoid accidents.
Inspect screws for looseness. If found, stop the machine immediately and tighten them.
Replace bearings regularly, based on working hours—typically every 6 months.
Keep the power cord from being too long or tangled, as this can cause under-voltage/under-current, leading to overheating or burnout.
Oil or clean bearings regularly to restore lubrication.
