Pellet mill in tropical regions: moisture-proof and rust-proof maintenance
Tropical high temperature and humidity environments can accelerate the corrosion and electrical failures of pellet mills. Targeted protection can significantly extend the service life of pellet mills and ensure stable production capacity under tropical conditions.
Pre-installation preparation: Verify the machine model and parts list; confirm that the voltage and grounding of the installation site meet the machine requirements; clean the ground in advance and ensure leveling; and build a stable operating foundation.
Rust prevention maintenance: Regularly apply rust-preventive oil to exposed metal, paying particular attention to the main shaft, ring die, and pressed rollers to prevent rust from affecting machine accuracy; shut down the machine to clean away residual materials and accumulated water, keeping it dry and rust-proof; shorten the oil change interval during the rainy season to prevent the lubricating oil from becoming damp and ineffective.
