Maintenance guidelines for pellet mill lubrication systems
The entire transmission structure of a pellet mill relies on lubrication for protection. Inadequate lubrication can easily lead to high-temperature damage to bearings and gears, shortening the overall lifespan of the pellet mill.
Incorrect grease selection, excessive or insufficient grease application, and failure to change grease regularly are the main causes of lubrication failures.
Use the appropriate grease according to the machine instructions, replenish or change the grease at fixed intervals, and clean dust from the oil passages to ensure continuous lubrication of the transmission components.
