Hammer mill vibration control
A stable hammer mill is essential for stable feeding. Violent vibrations in the hammer mill not only damage the machine but also cause uneven feeding, directly interfering with the normal pelleting process and disrupting the production stability of the pellet mill.
Material accumulation on the rotor, loose fasteners, and unstable foundation fixation are the main causes of frequent vibrations.
Clean the remaining materials on the rotor, tighten the fuselage bolts in all aspects, and reinforce the foundation to eliminate hidden dangers of machine vibration.
