Overload protection is a self-protection mechanism of the pellet mill. Frequent overload shutdowns of the pellet mill directly interrupt the pellet mill’s continuous production and wear the machine’s power transmission components.Sudden surges in feed volume, die hole blockage, overly hard raw materials and stuck press rollers can all activate overload protection.Immediately reduce the feeding rate, shut down the machine to unclog blocked die holes, separate raw materials with excessive hardness, calibrate press roller clearance, and avoid sustained overloading of the main unit.
