The ring die is the core component of the Pellet mill. Standardized installation and disassembly procedures can extend the die's service life and ensure production safety.

Disassembly Procedure: 1. Stop the machine and disconnect the power. After the pellet mill has cooled down, remove the protective cover and pressed roller assembly. 2. Use a special tool to loosen the fixing bolts of the ring die, applying force evenly during disassembly to avoid uneven force causing breakage. 3. Handle the ring die gently during disassembly to prevent bumps and deformation. After removal, clean any residual material from the mounting surfaces.

Installation Process:

Check that the new ring die holes are clear and free of cracks, and that the installation contact surface is flat;

Align the ring die with the installation position, and tighten the fixing bolts evenly to ensure uniform force and prevent die skewing;

Install the pressed roller assembly, and adjust the gap between the ring die and the pressed roller to ensure a uniform gap;

After installation, conduct a no-load test run to check whether the machine runs smoothly, without any abnormal noises or shaking. Production can only begin after confirming that everything is in order.
