Wood chipper blades determine the cutting effect. Dull or damaged wood chipper blades will produce materials of varying sizes, which will seriously affect the processing conditions of the pellet mill and reduce the quality of the finished products formed by the pellet mill.
Long-term cutting wear and the presence of hard objects in the raw materials can easily cause blades to become chipped or broken.
Regularly disassemble and sharpen the blades, replace damaged parts promptly, and sort out impurities before feeding to maintain good cutting performance.
