Adjustment of hot air abnormality in rotary dryer
The hot air system of the rotary dryer controls the drying quality. An imbalance in the hot air temperature and air volume of the rotary dryer will cause the raw materials to be inconsistent in terms of dryness and moisture, which will not meet the pellet mill granulation standards and seriously affect the yield of finished products from the pellet mill.
Blocked air ducts, fan malfunctions, and aging heating components can all cause abnormal hot air.
Regularly clear the air ducts, inspect the fans and heating components, adjust the airflow and temperature as needed, and stabilize the moisture content of the raw materials.
